What is this course?
Objectives
To introduce formal and informal Mindfulness practices into daily life.
To provide strategies for dealing with life’s challenges in a calmer and more effective way.
To increase awareness of the present moment.
Topics
• Introduction to the concept of Mindfulness and scientific evidence of its effects.
• Cultivating the fundamental attitudes of Mindfulness.
• Stress/anxiety management and self-care.
• Deconditioning the mind.
• Personal empowerment statement.
All topics are presented through individual and group dynamics, followed by Mindfulness practices: diaphragmatic breathing, body scan, yoga, body relaxation, sitting meditation, movement meditation, and guided meditations.
Participants will be provided with all session materials and audio recordings of the guided meditations.
Who is this course for?
For anyone seeking to bring more calm into their life.
The international certification also enables the application of some practices in professional contexts, particularly in health and education, upon approval by the trainer.
This certification provides access to the following levels: Mindful Human/Mindful Practitioner In-Me; Mindfulness Master In-Me; Mindfulness Trainer In-Me (https://in-me.world/paula-pinto).
In addition, any Mindfulness In-Me graduate is granted free access as an In-Me Member.
When does it happen?
