When the silent cry of the soul makes the body ill

How a coaching process can break free from the "burden of childhood" and transform chronic powerlessness into liberating self-efficacy.

Summary

1. Problem The client E suffers from severe psychosomatic complaints such as shortness of breath, migraines, and an underactive thyroid, which she perceives as a heavy, emotional "backpack" of powerlessness. The deeper cause lies in an early childhood trauma triggered by a lack of love and days of punitive silence from her mother.

2. Solution After initially stabilizing her resources, the coach used the physical symptoms as a direct access point to the client's unconscious conflicts. By providing the "inner child" with emotional care and consciously working on forgiveness, the lifelong powerlessness was finally transformed into inner peace and active self-efficacy.

3. Methods At the beginning, mindfulness practices (breathing anchor, inner smile) regulated the nervous system, while NLP reframing helped to energetically care for painful organs not as defective, but as "patients" in need of care. Building on this, waking hypnosis (visualization of the heart), ego state therapy (reparenting), and systemic forgiveness work finally dissolved the deep energetic blockages toward the mother.
