My therapeutic accompaniment is done essentially through Hypnotherapy, as I feel that it is through these journeys to our deepest SELF that we are able to have other visions of our past, and even of the future, managing to transform our present, making it lighter and at peace.
All this combined with other Coaching techniques, Time Line Therapy (TLT), Mindfulness and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), areas in which I am also trained.
I'm a people person, I work speaking with the heart, so I felt that my purpose would have to go through guiding women who feel exhausted, to rediscover THEMSELVES, and finding lightness and joy in LIFE … "when we change , everything around us changes too!”
